By accessing the Moonad web portal, connecting your Web3 wallet, or registering for the pre-launch whitelist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclaimer.
1. Self-Custodial Platform
Moonad is an autonomous frontend for decentralized smart contracts on Monad. Moonad never takes custody of user assets or private keys. You maintain exclusive responsibility for your wallet credentials and transactions.
2. Whitelist Priority
Whitelist registration confirms wallet ownership via a gasless cryptographic signature. The whitelist grants priority access to the $MOON token launch and early launchpad features. Whitelist registration does not guarantee profits or constitute an airdrop promise.
3. Protocol Fee Splits
All interactions conform to immutable smart contract rules: perpetual 50% creator royalty sharing, 100% launch creation fee buyback and burn on Monad, and 10% referral reward distributions.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in market manipulation, exploit attempts, Sybil bot abuse, or access the service from sanctioned regions or jurisdictions where decentralized crypto platforms are unlawful.
5. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided strictly “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. Moonad and its contributors disclaim liability for any financial losses, smart contract disruptions, or validator latency arising from your use of the interface.
